What if my package doesn’t show up?
If your shipment becomes lost or damaged please reach out to us. We will work with you on a case by case basis. We will also do our best to work with the postal service in solving any shipping issues. This can be a long process so please be patient if there is a USPS caused shipping issue.
Packages arrive in a “flat rate” USPS padded envelope or box depending on the number of products ordered. .
You will receive an email when the shipment has been “completed”. After that we will deliver the package to USPS and the product will be on its way to you. We do not include a tracking number in the completed email. If there is an issue please reach out to Able Hemp within 7-10 days from the “completed date” and we will track down the package for you or re-ship as necessary.
We stand by our product’s effectiveness and quality 100%. If you are unhappy with one of our products, please reach out to us within 365 days of receiving your product and we will solve the issue. We want you to feel safe in your purchase from us and cherish the opportunity to bring you effective CBD products you can trust.
